Attribute Recruit apply a multi-step process to recruitment, employing personal contact at each stage to ensure that the process and its successful outcome is well-managed through co-operation and communication.

THE PROCESS

The steps in our process are as follows:-

  1. Initial meeting to discuss the assignment brief in some detail.

  2. Further communication to provide us with a comprehensive understanding of the skills, experience, personal attributes, and other qualities in the candidate you are seeking.

  3. We then undertake certain pre-selection activities which include screening potential applicants from face-to-face meetings with them. These activities result in our producing a short-list of screened candidates for you to interview.

  4. We will provide for your approval, details of the candidates who we have short-listed.

  5. We then schedule the interviews, liaising between the candidates and the relevant people in your organisation.

  6. Following the interviews, we can if required, perform independent reference checks on selected candidates on your behalf.

  7. We will facilitate the offer and acceptance procedure between yourselves and the selected applicant including, if required, assistance with any negotiations.

  8. After the successful candidate has commenced employment with you we will remain in contact to monitor the employee's performance and other factors.
